Welcome

There are times when life or relationships begin to feel harder than they used to.

You may be feeling stuck, anxious, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure about what you want next. You may be struggling in a relationship, facing a major life change, grieving something important, or questioning where you belong and what feels like home.

Sometimes there is a clear reason for seeking therapy. At other times, there is simply a sense that something is not quite right.

Therapy offers a space to slow down and look more closely at what is happening. Together, we can explore the patterns, experiences, relationships and choices that have shaped your life, creating room for greater understanding and meaningful change.

I work with individuals and couples, with a particular interest in relationships, identity, belonging, life transitions and the experience of living across different cultures and countries.

A significant part of my practice is with international and multicultural individuals and couples. Living between cultures can bring richness and possibility, but it can also raise questions around communication, family expectations, identity, relationships and what it means to belong or feel at home.

Couples Counselling

Relationships can become difficult even when there is still love and commitment between two people.

You may find yourselves caught in the same arguments, struggling to communicate, feeling increasingly distant, or unsure how to move forward together.

I work with couples around recurring conflict, communication, trust, intimacy, different needs, parenting pressures, major life transitions, and uncertainty about the future of the relationship.

Together, we can explore what is happening between you, understand the patterns you have become caught in, and create space for a different way of relating.

International & Multicultural Relationships

Living and loving across cultures can bring richness, possibility and different ways of seeing the world. It can also bring challenges that are easy to underestimate.

Different expectations around communication, family, independence, parenting, intimacy, traditions or where to build a life together can become part of a relationship — sometimes without either partner fully realising it.

I have a particular interest in working with international and multicultural couples and individuals, exploring questions of culture, identity, belonging, relationships and what it means to feel at home.
