Rebecca Rönnhult Tepper

About me

I’m Rebecca Rönnhult Tepper, a psychologist, counsellor, and existential psychotherapist. Originally from Stockholm, I now live in Luxembourg, where I offer therapy in both English and Swedish—either online or in person.

Over the years, I’ve come to see therapy as a meeting place: not for fixing or rushing toward answers, but for slowing down and paying attention. It’s a space where you can speak freely, hear yourself more clearly, and begin to make sense of what you’re carrying.

My work is grounded in the belief that we all live within stories—some passed down, some shaped by experience—that influence how we relate, choose, and find meaning. Sometimes those stories support us; other times, they hold us back. Together, we can explore what’s unfolding beneath the surface and consider what might be re-examined, grieved, or reimagined.

Each conversation is guided by what matters most to you. With curiosity and care, I support a space where thoughts, feelings, and questions can emerge at your pace. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, relationship difficulties, or a sense of disconnection, our work can become a place of reflection and quiet change.

Many clients describe therapy as a space where they feel both seen and gently challenged—a place to speak honestly, without pressure or performance. You’re welcome to bring whatever you’re carrying, just as you are. We’ll take it from there, together.

My approach

If you’re feeling stuck, disconnected from yourself, or struggling in your relationships, I invite you to take a moment to learn more about how I work and what therapy with me might offer.

In sessions, we create space to pause, reflect, and step out of the flow of everyday life. This time together can be a way of looking at your world from above—seeing it with fresh eyes and considering what else might be possible. Therapy often begins with what feels confusing or difficult, and through conversation, can lead toward what truly matters to you.

I offer a reflective, compassionate space where we explore your experience at your own pace and in your own words. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, identity questions, cultural transitions, or relationship challenges, our work can help you reconnect with your inner clarity and direction.

My approach is rooted in existential psychotherapy and shaped by additional training in trauma-informed and holistic practices. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all method, I see therapy as a shared process of inquiry—a conversation that helps loosen old narratives and opens up new ways of being.
