Our first session is an opportunity to discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your hopes and expectations, and reflect on what you would like to gain from the process. It’s completely natural to feel unsure when beginning therapy, and finding a therapist you feel comfortable with is important. If we decide to continue, we can determine whether a short-term or ongoing approach would be most beneficial. Throughout the process, we will regularly reflect on progress and adjust as needed.
Therapy sessions are typically held weekly to provide a consistent space for reflection and growth.
